[mukto-mona] An Important Message from Paul Kurtz, CFI Chairman

A Message from the Chairman

The Center for Inquiry Transnational has been growing rapidly everywhere. In order to ensure the continued success of its programs, I am pleased to announce the appointment by the Board of Directors of Dr. Ronald A. Lindsay, as Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Lindsay is currently Vice President, General Counsel, and Senior Research Fellow of CFI, a position in which he has served with distinction.

He has a law degree from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Georgetown University. Dr. Lindsay had been in law practice in Washington, D.C. for over 25 years and has recently published a new book, Future Bioethics: Overcoming Taboos, Myths, and Dogmas (Prometheus, 2008).

I am happy that he has agreed to assume these duties and I look forward to working with him with enthusiasm.
