The answer is,
All civilized nations have rules to abide by, and to maximize one's
freedom to flourish. That is functionally much better than religious
fear and dogma. Seemslike, Allama did not have much foresight. Look
at Pakistan, Allama's birth place, or any other religious muslim
country. Those are all "left with barbarism (rule of Chenghes Khan)".
The religion is not a solution, it is the apple of discord!
