It appears the courts of Bangladesh are slave of government who are
actually slave of USA who arranged the bails of Tarek Zia, one of the
most corrupt persons in the world. USA government always want that bad
people rule other countries to take advantage of that, so the
happenings are just 'natural' things and nothing to be surprised in
Bangladesh!
