The book fair began its journey immediately after the Second World War. The author, invited by the German government as a publisher in Bangladesh, took part in the 59th Frankfurt Book Fair in 2007.   The book fair authority organizes different workshops on publication on the occasion of the book fair. Prospective publishers from the developing countries are trained in this book fair. The author of this book observed different issues and subjects related to the fair in company with the organizers of the fair. And, the book has turned out as a documentary with the photographs taken with mobile phone.
