You're complaint is purely based on blind partisanship.  Awami League said they will not tolerate local election observers because these are run by people who are affiliated with various political parties.  They are not at all neutral.  They are controlled by people like you.  As examples they cited Khan Foundation, Democracy Watch etc.  Democracy Watch is run by Taleya Rahman, wife of BNP's brain Safik Rehman.  Both of them let BNP hold its meetings in their house after Khaleda's release and welcomed Khaleda in their house with garlands.  There is nothing wrong with that considering their blind devotion to BNP.  Your adding of Indian voters in this issue tells a lot about your intense hatred for AL.  Can a person like you be neutral?  AL has legitimate concerns here which need to be addressed.
