The current Indo-Pak situation becoming war like situation. If India takes pre-emptive action inside Pakistani territory probaly that will be with U.S. authorization. India cannot take that action without U.S. apporoval. In that case Nuclear Pakistan will react forcefully and will move all its military forces(approximately 100 thousand soldiers) from Afhgan border to the India border where those forces currently fighting the pro-Taleban forces. After all Pakistan's territory must be protected by Nuclear Pakistan even without any help from USA. Ultimate looser will be USA and its war on terror.Most Pakistani's knew it very well that, if 4th war breaks out betwen India and Pakistan this time U.S. and Israel will openly support India, there is no doubt about it. India already maintaining secret military relation with Israel. My understanding is that ,Islmic nukes won't remain in silos for long , rather could protect Pakistan's territorial integrity.. __._,_.___
