| the report int he above link says that some policy makers from the present govt had meeting with the killers of BDR jawans before the 25-26 massacare. Some of the killers BDR jawans have agreed on the the invlovement of the policy makers in the BDR massacare. there were soem give and take among them. if we observe the handling of the mutiny, including declaration of general amnesty and time given after declaration , it seems that negotiatiors were busy to help the killer by allowing time so that they can complete their mission, killing of the army officers.
