Dear Alochoks, This trend of blaming of a fraudulent election system for grave election rigging hasn't changed after a defeat, irrespective of whether the agonizing party is BNP or AL, one certainly will use it against another, to account for the defeat! It is, as LAME as it can get, as an excuse!! However, we saw some honest opinion for the first time in election history when many grass-root BNP workers and local leaders readily blamed BNP's collaboration with Jamat for their downfall in the election! It will be beneficial for BNP if its diehard fans too forget about the election and put fort their suggestions and effort in re-organizing BNP to work their way to gain back the popularity! Now changing the subject, am I glad to see very few posting of mine in Alochona, that would make me a very loving and caring family-man, wouldn't it!! And it's good to see us caring and worrying for other's family…. Here are the headlines from today's New Age Online Edition. Just look at it!!! It is true that the government has yet to settle down as it has only been in power a few months. It is also true that it is not directly responsible for many of these problems. But for the sake of the country we should all hope and pray that it puts the right people in the right positions. And puts law and order as a top priority. Otherwise, as it stands now, matters are not looking good. And it doesn't help that most of the AL supporters I know think that the Government is doing the best it possibly can. That's not good enough. Much more political effort needs to be poured into law and order. There's more to Bangladesh than having Bongobondhu's daughter as Prime Minister.
