The Migs are for fly pasts when we commemorate the death anniversary of Zia or Mujib. Its worth it.
And we need the Migs to show Burma that we can drop kattal on their heads. Also worth it.
Frankly, I think the spare parts for these Migs could easily be made in Jinjira, Dhaka if we would only give our local cottage industries a chance...
