Enclosed please find herewith the attached file of fact finding report
of BIHR and NHRD on attacked on the village of indigenous people to
grab land and pond: many of them assaulted.
BIHR has been received a fact finding report jointly conducted by
Bangladesh Institute o Human Rights and Naogaon Human Rights
Development Association regarding attacked on the village of
indigenous people to grab land and pond: many of them assaulted at
lands at Dulahar Arjuna Para (Shahan Para) under Nachole police
station in Chapai Nababgonj district on 18 June, 2009. According to
received information, the concern administrative authority trying to
procrastinate to take further action. You are requested to take
necessary action in this regards.
