I totally agree with you on every point you have made. My only concern that when we know that there is a transition period is passing through this action on the part of the students and teachers only brought pain and discomfort. This action did not achieve anything but commotion and disrespect for the teachers involved. There may be a better way to deal with such unfortunate situations which I may not know.
