A million dollar prize will be awarded to the best explanation of the ultimate truth. Anyone can enter, but we are giving a special invitation to the following:
The Pope
The Dalai Lama
The leaders of the Jewish religion
The leaders of the Christian religion
The leaders of the Muslim religion
The leaders of the Buddhist religion
The leaders of the Hindu religion
The president of the Mormon Church.
The leaders of the Church of Scientology.
The leaders of the New Age Movement.
The leaders of other religious or spiritual organizations.
TV preachers.
The Maharishi and other Indian Gurus.
Physics and philosophy departments of universities.
The members of Mensa.
Nobel Prize winners.
We are contacting the people listed above and inviting them to enter the contest. If they do not answer or make an entry, we will know that they do not know the truth. Anyone that knows the truth or really believes they know would enter.
Many of the people listed above have been telling people they know the ultimate truth and that it is their mission to tell the world. Now is their chance to prove it.
We will finally know who really knows the truth and who really doesn't.
The judges will use the rules a court of law uses, the accepted system used to determine what is true and what is not. Entries supported by hard evidence will do the best, but circumstantial evidence will also be admissible, just as it is in a court of law. If your understanding of the truth is faith based, your entry must just explain why you believe it.
Example; If you believe the Bible or any other book contains the truth, you just have to point out what that truth is and why you think it is true. If it makes sense we will put it up.
Entries can be long or short. If you have written a book, you can enter it. If you are a preacher, prophet, philosopher, seer or Messiah, enter and tell us what is going on.
Entries can be revised and updated up to one month before the end of the contest.
The winning entry will be announced next year on New Years Day 2009.
A scale of one to a hundred will be used. One number for how complete an entry is and one number for how much sense it makes. A perfect score is two hundred. In addition to the judges score, there is a public vote and score.
Judges rulings, reasons for rulings, rebuttals and answers to the rebuttals, along with comments, questions and criticisms will be posted.
The human race will know the truth or know that no one knows it next year. The world is too dangerous a place to go any longer without knowing.
Even people that believe the ultimate truth cannot be known, will have to agree that learning what we do know is a good idea.
This contest will find what the ultimate truth is or the closest thing to it.
In this age of self-righteous fanatics, we cannot be to careful, so everything will be kept anonymous and confidential unless people request that their identity be known. Code names can be used and are recommended.
