In the present shape of Bangladesh constitution with Islam as its pillar and basis of state action was approved in a referendum in which 95 (ninety five ) percent people approved the Islamic provisions in the constitution, the restoration of the right of the faith communities to form their parties, restoration of multy-party democracy.This is more democratic than 1972 constitution in its first stage as then the constitution was not put to referendum

 

Mr. Hannan, don't forget that you had taken oath for serving as the government servant under the 1972 constitution. If you think that that was not right decision of the past governments to introduce and follow to act, then your oath taking is totally fake and those opportunities you had enjoyed from the government services, you must beg apology and pay back to public exchequer.   

Awami League had also no mandate for secularism or banning Islamic parties.Their mandate was ( in the electoral manifesto of 1970 ) for not to take any step against the Quran and Sunnah.As such it was necessary in 1972 to put the constitution to a referendum which they failed to do.

 

(Please try to avoid the path of destruction rather come at the last stage of your life to construction of the nation. In fact, people of Bangladesh don't like to see you or like minded people in power who always misguide the nation using your past position as the idiot secretary. Even Jamat-e- Islami, your very own party has denied your comments and please let the nation go forward.)
