[vinnomot] About taking husbands name after marriage

Dear mr. Anwar,
I did not go into any arguement about
superiority of the systems but merely stated the
system followed in the west and our people are wrongly
using Miss and Mrs.
You wanted to know what happens when a woman
marriews many times. Let us take the case of Miss.
Elizabeth taylor, she married eight times and she
never took her husband's name and that is why she has
always been addressed as Miss. Taylor. Our married
women , if do not want to take husbnd's name and still
wish to follow the western custom then they should
also write Miss. before their name even after
marriage. Then there is no problem. Taking husband's
name is not mandatory even in the west.
