Dear sir,
the problewem with RAB is that they are also
bengalis. We Benglais enjoy showing off of our
power/authority as long as we have it. Besides
courtesy is a thing unknown to Bengali psyche. Unlesss
you know someone you just cannot get anything done.
We have to inculcate these common courtesies
among our children, if we want to be a coureous nation
in the future.
