"America is not ready for a Black or a woman President" reminds me of Field Marshall Ayub Khan of the Pakistan era in our part of the world who said that the people of Pakistan was "not ready for democracy."
The real meaning of prejudice is pre-judgment.
Here is a piece of thought for those Bangladeshis and other subcontinentals who are not prejudiced against a 'kalua':

I was hoping for more thoughtful comments coming from a veteran Bangladeshi community activist like him. If any thing it hides a typical Deshi 'ghin-ghin' attitude towards the negro race or American Blacks. It is an unfortunate state of affairs which verges on being dangerous because racial prejudice spaeaks out in their body language and Deshi boys get beaten up by neighborhood Black mastans in NYC. I'll be watching this with grat interest. I'm a registered Dem. and there's no reason for me to vote crossing the party line. I'll be praying for the great possibility of America electing a Black President. I will join the rejoicing with my Black students, colleagues, neighbors and numerous famous Black friends.
