Liberalism is Mental Disorder?

Yes, it is.
No, it is not.
It depends on situation/case.
Mr. x is a member of society XX . For all matters, Mr. x may have a tendency to uphold society YY over his own. Then YY will welcome x as liberal. XX will think x has mental disorder.
Mr. x cherishes that he is superb, knowledgeable, progressive, thinker, elevated, ideal and so on. So he is desperate for such recognition. An easy option is to uphold others over his own. There may be other reasons related to earthly gains too.
Hindus are to be nice and cool in Bangladesh. One Prof. x, my teacher and colleague later, was too cool and nice and eventually became a spineless guy. Two staff members, Habibur Rahman and Ranjit Das attended Homeopathy course in the evening together. But the final tests were in the day time. Unfortunately Prof x became Head for two years. Habibur Rahman got leave as a normal case. Ranjit was denied and rebuked heavily. For fear of losing job, this poor Ranjit kept quite and made a wise decision not to take the test during his tenure.
In recruiting a lecturer in the department, this spineless professor denied Kshirode Roy who secured the first position in the class but preferred Shakhawat Hossain who was 10th in the class. Shakhawat's other identity of being a Tablig was extra mileage for Prof. x. This is an example of, "Liberalism is Mental Disorder." He always cleans his way by putting down Hindus in the Department. He is not the only case. I had to visit the Ministry of Education a lot. Every time I had a Hindu on my way, I had extra trouble.
A balanced mix of liberalism and conservatism is rationalism. The current Project Leader for the proposed university in Jessore, Professor Rafiqul Islam Sarker, was Ameer of Jamati Islami Party in Mymensingh. To me he is an example of a rational person. On the other hand, Mr. Abu Sufian of ERD, with a black spot on the forehead, is probably an extremist/fundamentalist. He used to sell leftover BTA scholarships at t2500 per piece. He took my money from a friend of mine but did not hide his heart pain because ultimately a Hindu was going to get the benefit.
My assertion remains incomplete because I am not a philosopher and my experience is very limited.
