-What kinda identity are you alluding to, dear JR? Is it social-political, religious, cultural or nationalist? You said that
as a "conservative" you're also a "nationalist". I praise your honesty. The question is: Which nationality do you take pride in? American, or the one you were born into?
Was Socrates acted like a "hypocrite" when he said (and more
importantly, acted): "I am not a citizen of Greece or Athens. I'm a
citizen of the world"?
