[mukto-mona] Magdi Allam is a hypocrite.

The conversion of Magdi Allam to christianity did not make much news in the intellectual circle. To me it was a matter of great importance which have proved many things and nullified many myths. Magdi Allam as an intellectual has failed to prove one thing that he is not free from fear too. From one jail he has entered into another jail. That amply proved his inner weaknesses. He is also an opportunist. He was not dedicated to his mission. The question of secularism, liberalism and atheism are terms many people do not really understand. We need to reiterate that be it pope or the grand imam of Mecca does not represent the fearless domain of intellectual freedom. They are chained by fear and ignorance and are prisoner of a cult we call religion. The inner hollowness of Magdi Allam has taken shelter in the dark cave of another religion. He is a hypocrite who tricked us with promise of freedom of thought but never freed himself from the dogmas.
