Looks like finally you have agreed that it is not the nuclear force, rather the electrostatic force that keeps the electron in its orbit. You are now invoking a fictitious force named centrifugal force and claiming that "---these two forces (centripetal and centrifugal) have to balance." My humble question was what that meant. Does it mean that net force on the electron is zero? There is no string connecting the nucleus and the electron. Does this fact make any difference in your explanation of the phenomenon?
