[mukto-mona] 3rd Shabdaguchha Poetry Festival and a Multilingual Book Fair

Shabdaguchha is happy to announce the date and time of the 3rd Shabdaguchha Poetry Festival and a Multilingual Book Fair to celebrate the magazine's 10th anniversary. It will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2008, at PS 112 ( at the corner of 37 Ave and Crescent St), Astoria,  from 1PM to 10PM. The chief guest of the event is one of the leading poets of Bangladesh, Rafiq Azad, who will travel from Dhaka. The special guests of the festival will be Stanley H. Barkan, Nicholas Birns, Jyotirmoy Datta, Charles Fishman, Samuel Menashe, Yuyutsu Rd Sarma (Nepal), and Carolyne Wright (Seattle). About 10 publishers will display their books for the fair and more than 30 other guests and participants will join to celebrate this special program of Shabdaguchha.
