Can Indian Empire Survive the Clash of Civilizations ?

By Abid Bahar, Canada

Can India survive the Clash of Civilizations? In its exposition of the Bharat mata, Rama Rajya, Swedesha paradigm, it first alienated the Muslims. So was the first division of India into India and Pakistan, now the non Hindu states, Kashmir, north Eastern provinces, Karnathaka, the repression continues against the non-Hindu second class citizens. The media tightly controls the oppressive government measures. But in today's India, despite the well-organized propaganda, it shows the signs of disintegration, much like in the former Soviet union.

An important factor that unites India and united the former Soviet Union that both underneath the facade had chauvanistic nationalism: the Russians vs the non-Russians, in India, the Hindu Vs, the non Hindu. But eventually like most empires the Soviet empire collasped. The Soviet could not survive because it was an empire with diverse countries. It was a country of multi-ethnic and multi-religious societies, Soviet was also secular but didn't help because underneath all these it was a repressive system.

India is a much more repressive country in comparison but that it is capable of giving a good face of a peaceful nation. Gandhi' s face is one of them. Secularism is mentioned in the constiturion but doesn't have the tradition of secularism. Surprisingly, in 1991 the BJP became powerful opposition and popular to form government by destroying the historic Babri Mosque. In Kashmir they have lately discovered mass grave. The Bengali-speaking West Bengali Muslim Indians settled in the other provinces of India are being picked up by the Indian police before deport them to Bangladesh, put them handcupped in rail stations for public viewing as being the captured Bangladeshis.

KGB and India's RAW also have a great deal of similarities of how it helped in the integration of the empires. Both India and Russia tried to manage federal political framework but challenged; both societies had clash of civilizations internally and Soviet collapsed, India not yet.

India's suffering harizons, and the dying christian and non Hindu humanity in the north West suffer the most. They have no similarities with the Hindu India. The Indian empire's suffering humility will survive only if the West extends help. The West has stake in the north East, a vast land with great natural resources. If it extended help the central Asian Muslim majority, why can't they help the mostly, Asian Christian population, fighting against the oppressive empire? It appears that the Soviet didn't survive in the name of Socialism mentioned in the constitution so will India will not survive became democracy is mentioned in the constitution.

Most empires eventually collapse with internal dynamics but also with external help. As an empire, India has been a manace to its neighbours.Through propaganda, it puts down Bangladesh' s, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan's image daily.(1) This is no different from KGB's propaganda against its neighbour Afghanista, Turkey and the West European smaller countries. Will Indian empire survive long when the West will be needing more energy supplies to sustain its higher standards.

India Today, Lata Rai, "A possible war between India and Bangladesh unless the Bangla regime stops anti-India terrorists and border infiltration. " Jun. 3, 2008

India is finding that most of the terror operations including that of Pakistan's ISI is now in Bangladesh. Bangladesh has one of the largest Al-Qaeda bases.

a meeting of the Joint Working Group (JWG), India expressed serious concern over continuous flow of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh in the backdrop of the recent terror attack in Jaipur in which over 60 people were killed last month.

India will wait and see what Bangladesh military junta will do. It may be necessary for Indian Army to flush out these terrorists and cleans the country to eliminate terrorists bases.

India's concern over infiltration from Bangladesh side came in the wake of intelligence inputs that the banned Harkat-ul-Jehad- e-Islami (HuJI), operating from Bangladesh, could be behind the serial blasts that rocked the tourist city on May 13.

India and Bangladesh relations now hinge on latter's move on terrorists. The problem is that the Bangladesh Government may not have a lot of control over the terrorists within the country who freely move into India, cause havoc and quickly come back to their terrorist bases.
