My question is if Biman Bose has ever criticized or shown disrespect to the great "revolts"?

We are in 100% agreement.

Both "raid" and "plunder" have negative connotation. "Capture" or "taking into possession" can be a better word (phrase) if we want to show respect to the freedom fighters. What we say today is still what our colonial master taught us long ago. "Sepoy mutiny" is no more an appropriate phrase to describe the great 1857 uprising.
