Voters' turnout 20-30%, not bad. Election is legitimate. If BNP-Jamat violence were not there, turn out could be 60%. Surely, opposition has the right to boycott an election; but they don't have the right to oppose it, or bomb it or targeted killings etc. Due to violence 150 centers election rescheduled on 24th Jan. Lets' see what happened next, but we can't allow Islamic militants to grab power. We want to see the trial of war criminals continued and execution of judgments.
This morning one of my friends (JH) called from Kuwait, who is not an AL but a staunch anti-Jamat and told that, 'I am not supporting AL, but I am against BNP-Jamat'. He told that, AL never recognize its friends & allies and thus end up with mess. My friend also told a very correct point which is, Pro-liberation forces are confused now and in a fix what to do! He did not forget to mention that, BNP-Jamat is not only bad for Bangladesh, its worse for the modern civilization. Another friend sent me an English message, pasted below. | রবিবার, ৫ জানুয়ারী ২০১৪, ২২ পৌষ ১৪২০ ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন, যুক্তরাষ্ট্র মাথা ঘামাবে না উদ হায়দার, বার্লিন থেকে ॥ গতকাল সন্ধ্যায় এক পার্টিতে (জার্মান এবং বিদেশী মিডিয়ার সাংবাদিকদের পার্টি) গেছলুম। আশঙ্কা করেছিলুম, বন্ধুরা, বাংলাদেশের নির্বাচন নিয়ে নানা প্রশ্নে মুখরিত হবেন। বিশেষত, যাঁরা আন্তর্জাতিক বিভাগের দায়িত্বে। এশিয়া বা দক্ষিণ এশিয়ার দেখভালে। আশ্চর্য এই, বাংলাদেশের নির্বাচন প্রসঙ্গে একজনও জিজ্ঞেস করলেন না। কেন করবেন, বয়েই গেছে করতে। বাংলাদেশ নিয়ে মাথাব্যথা নেই আদৌ। নির্বাচন নিয়ে বাংলাদেশে এত যে নসুল্লা (কা-) চলছে, ইউরোপের মিডিয়ায় কোনও খবরই নেই (মাঝে-মধ্যে ইংল্যান্ডের কাগজে। সাপ্তাহিক দ্য ইকোনমিস্ট লম্ফঝম্ফ করলেও অন্যান্য কাগজ পাত্তাই দেয় না।)। কসাই কাদের মোল্লাকে ফাঁসি দেয়া হলো, ইংল্যান্ড ছাড়া ইউরোপের কোনও মিডিয়াই নিউজ করেনি। কেন করবে। কসাইয়ের ফাঁসি হবে, এটাই নিয়ম, স্বাভাবিক। এই নিয়ে খবর করার কি আছে। খবর প্রকাশ করা মানে কসাইকে গুরুত্ব দেয়া। মিডিয়া বিলক্ষণ জানে। দিনকয়েক আগে, বার্লিনের ডাকসাইটে দৈনিক ডি টাতসের দক্ষিণপূর্ব এশিয়ার সম্পাদক ঢাকা থেকে ফিরেছেন, রিপোর্ট করতে নয়, গিয়েছিলেন প্রাক্তন প্রেমিকার (বাংলাদেশী) আমন্ত্রণে। যিশুলগ্ন উপলক্ষে ২৪ ডিসেম্বর পার্টির আয়োজন করেন বাড়িতে। নিমন্ত্রিত আমি। এক ফাঁকে যা বললেন, পাঠকের জানা জরুরী। বিএনপি নেতাদের না জানলেও চলবে। ওঁদের মাথায় সহজসরল যুক্তিও ঢুকবে না। বললেন, আ'লী (আওয়ামী লীগ) নিরঙ্কুশ মেজরিটি নিয়ে ক্ষমতাসীন। সংবিধান চেঞ্জ করতেই পারে, যদি সব সাংসদের সম্মতি পায়। এটাই সাংবিধানিক। তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার সিস্টেম বাতিল করেছে, জনগণের ম্যান্ডেটের অধিকারে, বিরোধী দলকে মানতেই হবে। তোমার দেশের সুপ্রীম আদালতও মেনে নিয়ে রায় দিয়েছে তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার বাতিলের। যে দল মেজরিটি, ক্ষমতাসীন, সংবিধান বদলের ক্ষমতা রাখে বৈকি। আমেরিকায় হামেশাই ঘটছে। জার্মান চ্যান্সেলর হেলমুট কোল তৃতীয়বার ক্ষমতাসীন হয়ে, এ্যাবসুলুট মেজরিটি পেয়ে, বিরোধী দলের প্রবল আপত্তি সত্ত্বেও চারটি ধারা সংশোধন করেন সংবিধানে। বিরোধী দল মানতে বাধ্য। শেখ হাসিনা তত্ত্বাবধায়ক সরকার বাতিল করে কিচ্ছু ভুল করেননি, বরং সঠিক। বিরোধী দল যদি আন্তর্জাতিক আদালতে যায়, অবশ্যই হারবে। বিরোধী দল যদি সংবিধান মানে, মানতে হবে সুপ্রীমকোর্টের রায়ও। না মানলে সুপ্রীমকোর্ট বিদ্রোহী । দোষ ষোলো আনা।... তাঁর এই কথামালা মানতে রাজি নয় বিএনপি। আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারকেই মানে না, সুপ্রীমকোর্টের নির্দেশ কেন মানবে। কলকাতায় একটি কথা আছে, হারামির ঠাকুরদা। বি এনপিপি দ্য গ্রেট ঠাকুরদা। আমার বন্ধু মুনতাসীর মামুন সুশীল সমাজের এক শ্রেণীকে 'বাটপাড়' বলেছেন। আমি বলি 'লুচ্চা।' বাটপাড়ের চেয়ে লুচ্চা অধিকতর খচ্চর। বাংলাদেশের পয়লা লুচ্চা সংবাদপত্রিকা প্রথম আলো। এই আলোর এক লেখক লিখেছে : 'বাংলাদেশ বয়কটের মুখে পড়বে। নির্বাচনের পর ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন ও যুক্তরাষ্ট্র নাকি চূড়ান্ত অসহযোগিতা করবে বাংলাদেশকে।' ওহো কলাম লেখক !! না জানো বাংলা লিখতে, না জানো বৈশ্বিক রাজনীতি। জেনে রাখো, ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন, যুক্তরাষ্ট্র মাথা ঘামানো দূরের কথা, কপালও চটকাবে না।ওঁদের নানাস্তরে কথা বলে জেনেছি। যদি করে (করবে না), যদি করে, আমি কেন আছি। না, করতে দেব না। বাধা দেব। বাধা দেয়ার দলবল আছে। আমরা জাগ্রত। কোনও বিদেশী শক্তি রুখতে পারবে না। চ্যালেঞ্জ। |

Thousands of Bengali Hindu people are Staying as refugees in India for the violence of JAMAYAT and POLICE. The Minor Hindu people are suffering most for the unstable political conditions of Bangladesh. The JAMAYAT workers are insisting minor community people to join the present anti-government revolution of Bangladesh. They are also beating the minority people if they refuse them to join in. Even minority women are suffering as well. On the other hand if the threatened minor people join the revolution, police are searching their homes, but they are acting infernal in the name of searching. These inhuman deeds are occurring in the border area of Bangladesh specifically in Shatkheera & Khulna district. As a result Bangladeshi Hindu people already have started going to nearby country India, specifically in 24 parganas a district of west Bengal, India. A statistic said that, last month about 2 thousands people had went Hakimpur, a border area of Shwarupnagar of 24 parganas by crossing thorny wairs & Sonai river. In India, they are passing insecure life as the entered India in illegal way. They are passing a police escaping life. Maximum Bangladeshi Hindus are staing in their relatives' house or in rental homes. Analysts are saying if the political disasters are continued, this time the no. of refugee will break the record of 1971....
