Dear Dr Sarkar:

I hope you and many others there will be attending the seminar there. No doubt, new angles and probably new facts, will be placed. But did the Editor, Revolutionary Democracy, worked at the Comintern Archives, declassified during the fag end of Gorbachev years on behalf of CPSU?
Prof Sobhanlal Dutta Gupta worked there for over six months and based on that he brought out a seminal volume on Comintern. If the RD editor deals with those new archival data, very good. Otherwise, you know well what new materials you expect there.

I do agree that even old materials may lead to new analyses which I hope will emerge therefrom.
