[Peoples' Struggles And Movements For Equitable
Society is the focal theme of the XXXI Indian Social
Science Congress to be held from Dec. 27 -31.
Apart from analysing the contemporary peoples'
movements from various pertinent angles, the Congress
would also help initiate a long-term study of the
peoples' movements from both theoretical and empirical
perspectives.
