But I think, this is just a start. After this when Islamic Law is imposed on Bangladesh completely it would look like Talibani Wahabi Afghanistan. The Ch. Justice didn't explain, what was wrong with existing law if no bribes were taken and it was fully implemented.
The Problem is not, what Law you have. The Problem is, what's your own Character. How corrupt you are because none of the advanced countries of the world became Corruption Free because of their Religious Laws, which are about the same as Islamic Shriyah Laws.
Therefore, its a lie that Islamic Law imposition can change Character of Bangla Corrupt. Preaching of Basics of Islam correctly instead of preaching of 5 Pillars of Islam can create Character, not imposition of much backwards 7th Century Shriyah that allowed Slavery, beating of wives, killing of Slaves without being prosecuted, Protection Money or Jiziyah Tax on Non Moslims, Hijaab, Enslavement of Females, permitting rape of females if they fail to provide 4 witnesses, jailing of women who got pregnant because of Rape or Gang Rape and not prosecuting the Rapists since she failed to provide 4 Witnesses etc like in Pakistan.
Then, the Problem is, court does nothing about about what happens to theose convicted females in Pakistan, when they are prostituted to rich Jail Inmates and start having children. All young White European girls caught in Pakistan for smuggling Drugs out of Pakistan, when they were leaving the country ended-up having Non White Children in Pakistani Jails and Islamic system in Pakistan didn't try to find-out, how that happened. There are Pakistani-looking Teenagers being raised in Jails since they were born there under Islamic Law.
Who is responsible for these disrepencies of Islamic Law, Allah?
In Pakistan creation of Shriyah Courts in Gen. Ziaul Haq Days has created nothing but more corruption in the name of Islam and Bangla un-elected Mollaa President thinks, he has rights to implement the same?
What he wants to do would just increase Crime Rate and Bribe Rate in Bangladesh just like in Pakistan because Police Stations had started collecting bribes even for registering the case telling, if registered under Non Islamic Register, it would cost this much more to the Accused. Who this President of Bangladesh is trying to fool?
