this devil once said a right thing. In his book "If I Am
Asassinated"
he wrote that 'it is the noise and din of the Indian Parliament
which
has kept the country united'. As a corollary it can be said that it
is
the apparent calm and discipline in the Soviet parliament which
broke
that country. In Bangladesh also an apparent calm is prevailing.
Only
those who cannot percieve the under currents but are impressed by
the
calm on the surface, can take satisfaction at the present situation
of
the country. The train may have been put on the rails again. But its
engine is heading the wrong direction now. Soon the passengers will
be
shocked to see that they have been brought back to the place from
where they departed !!
