I think, it is a misconception to mix up the religious belief of a ordinary person with fundamentalism. I don't think Mr. Yoginder has meant for the belief. Belief and fundamentalism are not the same coception. What Mr. Yogender wanted to say is about the role of Christian fundamentalism for Iraq war and the global imperialism. It is really a interesting question that who are more worse and dangerous-people with imperialist mindset(some of them have been in Mukto-Mona forum for long time) or the guys with fanatic mentality. I would request Mr. Yogendar also to be cautious about using the term 'fanatic', like he said,"American Christian fundamentalists are today among the most
fanatic supporters of Bush's global imperialist wars". Because, fanatic and fundamentalist are not same terms-they differ in conceptions. The word fanatic is used for extremist behaviour-it can be found in radically religious persons who might not be fundamentalist. But yes, he is right about the fact that the Christian fundamentalists are blind supporters of Bush's war policy. Not only that, what he missed and very important,-the notorious Black Water Corporation, the world's largest mercenary industry(source: www.democracynow.org, freespeech tv in US, pacifica radio), a demon company whose soldiers have been committing masacres and masskilling of children and women and innocent people, the billionaire Christian fundamentalists are involved with that. There are some companies who are involved in abducting young people to their secret so-called clinics where they cut and take off their kidneys, hearts etc and sell those to rich Americans
who can not spend that much money for transplantation. It is regret that, there are some members in Mukto-Mona(i don't want to name here) who want to justify these masskilling in the name of democracy and anti-terrorism-they are nothing but newcons(neofacist) who hides their anti-Arab racist, ethnic hatred and reactionary mentality in the guise of secularism, modernity and in the name of American interest.
