That's all true. There is no reason to think that either atheist Russell or monotheist Socrates believed in the divinity of Oracle. That's why Socrates challenged the god of error and asserted that only God was wise. The man who could challenge every noted man including himself definitely made fun of the magical show of the oracle that the ancient Greeks revered so much.
