Online community expressing deep sorrow at the loss of lives and property damage caused by tropical storm 'Sidr' in Bangladesh

A great number of Bangladeshi online users came to paltalk.com on Sunday the 25th November 2007 to perform a "Concert for Bangladesh" to express their deepest sorrow at the loss of lives and property damage caused by tropical storm 'Sidr' in Bangladesh. Hundreds of users came together to a virtual room of PalTalk under that banner "Concert for Bangladesh" moderated by silkynalriver.
The concert, which runs over three hours, with various performance of pal artists started on 11pm BD time. Almost all users took the microphone at least one time and spoke about his/her feelings on cyclone effected Bangladeshi. They expressed their deepest commiserations over the natural disaster that taken lives of around 2,000 people in Bangladesh.
It was the first time that paltalk community of Bangladeshi have come together to performs such a unique online concert. Users also exchanged their views on the deserter management runs at this moment and in which relief fund they can donate their cash money to help the victims. "can you imagine that if we save one cup of coffee per day in western countries that saves a dollar for each of us, if we all just don't drink a surplus cup of coffee per day we can give thousands dollar to a relief fund" says sylki the moderator to all users.
There is no doubt that the late autumn the season of harvesting in Bangladesh has a timeless and even mystical appeal of uncertainty. But this time Sidr has
destroyed the dream of farmers - autumn the season of harvesting turn the idyllic landscape and romantic paddy field to a dextrose composition. We have to show our solidarity to the victims of Bangladeshi, that was the motto of the concert. During the concert users have spoken about various relief activities that has been done by the government and by national and international organization.

auction has taken place at the room and the highest bid offered for Three Original LP-Album of "The Concert for Bangladesh" of George Harrison of the year 1971 raised to 200 Pound and 20 Video CD on "Documentation of Bangladesh" has reached a bid value of 150 Pound.
