[ALOCHONA] Re: Expectations from New Front of Freedom Fighters

When two big war criminals (Chief/Head of Al Badr) become
ministers, I don't know what type of national pride it generates for
Bangladesh. Do we want to repeat this?

When Modi becomes prime minister of Gujarat for record third time, I
don't know what type of pride it generates for Gujarat. After Modi's
huge victory, the supporters of this ugly fascism are also talking
about prosperity, unity, moving on, forgetting the past etc. They
want chief ministers of all the other states of India to be like
Modi. They want Modi to be the next prime minister of India. But all
these at what price?

General Zia was a great freedom fighter in 1971 and became the great
rehabilitator of all the war criminals after 1975. Did he succeed as
an uniter or divider? Yes, there are political and financial
ambitions of some people, but we have to find out what the vast
majority of Bangladeshis (who were on the right side in the
liberation war) want.

The Freedom Fighters can act as guardians of the nation and can help
lead the country towards above-mentioned direction. Unfortunately,
due to political and financial ambition of some people we are seeing
the opposite. A new front of the Freedom Fighters has started
operating from yesterday with apparently noble motive. (source:
