Please see bellow - this is how Mullas "explain" Quran-Hadis to create so-called "Allah's Law' to oppress women. Then when Int'l pressure surmounts other mullas come forward to "correct" the "Allah's Laws". What a self-betrayal!
The good news is –Muslim world is progressing regarding women's rights, although very slowly. All we are trying to achieve is to make the speed faster, remaining within Islamic parameters. And they say we are paid agents of Jews !

"RULING CONDERNING WOMEN DRIVING AUTOMOBILES" - By Shaikh Abdulaziz Bin Baz
The Shaikh quotes Suras Bakara 168, 169, Ahjab 33, 59, Noor 31, Hadises from Bukhari, Muslims, Ahmad and Tirmidhi. He then massively "explains" those to formulate anti-Islamic so-called "Allah's Law".
"There is no doubt that such (women driving cars) is not allowed. Women driving leads to many evils and negative consequences…………The Pure Law forbids those acts that lead to forbidden acts and considers those means to be forbidden also……..women driving cars, however, is one of the causes that lead to that……..But some people are ignorant of laws of the Shariah".

Jeddah: A number of Saudi religious scholars say the issue of women driving cars is a social, not a religious one.
Shaikh Abdul Mohsen Al Obaikan, a member of the Council of Senior Islamic Scholars, told the Arab News newspaper, "In principle women driving is permitted in Islam."
Obaikan, citing a fatwa by the former Grand Mufti Shaikh Abdulaziz Bin-Baz, said women should be allowed to drive in rural areas.
Another scholar, Shaikh Mehsin Al Awaji, said driving is part of a "package" so Saudi Arabia would need more women working as police officers and mechanics.
The Saudi Interior Ministry said no law actually bars women from driving. But women have occasionally been arrested after they were found behind the wheel.
