[mukto-mona] Swatantra Bhabna is out in the book fair

Swatantra Babna : The authors and activists of Shikkha Andolon Mancha and Mukto-Mona ( www.mukto-mona.com ) have jointly  composed a rare collection that is a house for humanism, freethought, skepticism and rationalism. The essays written by prominent Bengali freethinkers, humanists, atheists and agnostics, addressed the fundamental issues of how scientific naturalism, rational thought, and secular humanism, feminism etc. contributing to the new global civilization that is emerging today with all its painful adjustments, changes, and challenges.  This important book published from Ankur Prakashani in 2008 book fair will stand as a bulwark against the forces of superstition, and bigotry, whose fanatic proponents would have fear knowledge rather than embrace it.
