Subject: RE: [Dahuk]: What type of Friendship is this ?

We have our own problems. We do not want to tax our
brain and do not go deep in to any problem. We should
have investigated the reasons of this unnecessary
shootings and devised a plan of action to stop this
unnecessry shootings. Tit for tat or other tactical
moves could be resorted to in order to stop this
shooting across our border.
The botttom line is that without a good
working plan you can not make any head way.
