[ALOCHONA] Some analysis on 2008’s list of billionaires

Some analysis on 2008's list of billionaires:

Country            No. of Billionaires

India                53

Mainland China   42

Turkey              35 (amazing feat compared to the size of the country and population)

In top ten, there are four Indians.  Head of world's largest steel maker and the top Indian at no. 4, Lakshmi Mittal, has 45 billion dollars which is more than China's combined top 13's.  India's top two's $88 billion is more than China's all billionaires's combined ($83.7 billion).

Notably absent are people from other countries in Indian subcontinent.  Does that surprise anybody?  Other than hating them, is there anything for the rest of us to learn from the Indians?
