| An important matter that I want to drag in front of the group members is, the opinions given by the famous jounalist and columnist Sadek Khan yesterday (5th March), in the program "Ekushe Shomoy" of Ekushe TV. During the dicussion, he said that war crimes were taken place in the both sides of our glorious liberation war in 1971! He boldly claimed that he was the eye witness of some of those crimes occured by the freedom fighters. I personally think that he wanted to indicate the actions taken by "BongoBir" Qader Siddiqe against the suspected Rajakars after 16th December'1971. Sadek Khan also upholded that war crime cases can be filed only against of the winner of the war, not against the defeated force. All those opinions can turn upside down of the equation of the present condition of war crinals' trial. What do you think? |
