Quite an absurd comparison, indeed. Dr. Jiten Roy has certainly proven that he is for McCain and against Obama, no matter what. I am going to vote for Obama-Biden with some concerns, and not because of a "no matter what" kind of mentality.
Some of the issues that Dr. Roy has raised about Barack Obama have been scrutinized by millions of voters. After that he has been nominated, through a primary election process, as the Democratic Party's candidate for the President of the United States, defeating another fully capable individual, Hillary Clinton.
I have a hypothesis: the American God decides who would be the president of the USA. In 1988 Michael Dukakis, and in 2004 John Kerry were asked by the American God to run inept campaigns so that their opponents (whom I considered less worthy of the position) would be elected. This year, the same God has spoken to McCain, and McCain has made his first blunder. To repeat Hillary Clinton, "no way, no how, no McCain."
While I do consider the choice of Sarah Palin to be a foolish act on the part of McCain, I also think that McCain being foolish or not the Obama-Biden ticket would have been better for the USA irrespective of whom McCain chose. After all it is McCain who would have been at the helm of his ticket. In other words, this time the American God seems to be on the side of the better candidate for the presidency of the USA.
