Through your tireless and exemplary leadership and efforts, you have made history by help electing Barack Obama President.  You should be proud that you and our Asian Pacific American community played critical roles not only in Maryland , but in the swing states of Virginia , Ohio , and Pennsylvania .  Thank you for devoting countless hours registering voters, canvassing, and participating in phone banks, rallies, GOTVs and other activities.  You made a real difference and ensured the election of Barack Obama, one of the most inspirational presidential candidates ever in the history of the United States and who has forever transform American politics. Now, we and our children can see that, regardless of your race, sex, religion or whatever, if you work hard, play by the rules and are outstanding in ever way, your opportunities will be boundless and yes, you can even be elected President.
