With all due respect, Sir....every time I read your email, I feel that you are spewing anger and hatred towards the people who don't share your political views. Calling AL supporters "chamchas", "morons", and other things doesn't really make you sound very respectable. I am sure, they are as intelligent and patriotic as you are, and some are probably more so. But that's not the point of this email...

 

I am trying to remember when AL "thugs" tried to abolish "simple muslim traditions", or ridicule anybody who prays 5 times a day, no place for the muslim greetings, etc.? Does it mean that AL has no god-fearing muslims, or that they are not muslims at all? AL, then, must be governed by the agents of "you-know-who", right? That's an interesting way to dehumanize the supposed enemy. It sounds like a baseless propaganda by Ms. Dalia Sattar, who writes about the apocalyptic consequences of AL going to power, and an impending civil war, and how India would dismantle the army with the help of AL supporters who are clearly unmuslim, hindu-sympathizer, and unpatriotic!! This kind of baseless claims are not only ludicrous, but also shows the depth of intellect of the writers, wouldn't you think?

 

I know countless AL and BNP supporters who pray side by side, and have no problems with praying 5 times a day! (although, they all refuse to pray next to Jamaat) No has ever tried to ban salam. What some people had tried back in the days was to take "bismillah hir rahmanir rahim" and the reference to BD as an Islamic Country out of the constitution, which was put in by Zia and Ershad. The constitutional implications of those two acts are monumental, and I am oppose to these inclusions too. So, does that make me an "AL chamcha" and a "moron"? I wonder if my opposition to India's aggressive economic policies and treating BD like a state of its own would make me a BNP chamcha and a moron too?

 

As far as "looting the country" is concerned, thanks to the unholy alliances of AL, BNP, JP, and Jamaat....they all have looted the country, made millions, and if the same people are elected again, they will continue to do the same.

young people/ suck the toes of indian friends...as much as possible, to become " Intellectuals & cultured"".
