Dear Mr Akbar Hussain,
This individual left of his own accord after making ridiculous
personal allegations against several members including against you.
His charge was that you were not a Muslim and that you were posting
under a Muslim name to deceive other members of your true intentions.
He also sent, as I pointed out in my mail to Dr Irfani, several
ridiculous mails attacking not only members here but also their
children. And all of this came from someone who talks loud and with a bogus authority on everything that he professes without as much as knowing who Sheikh Hasina is and who Shahid Jahanara Imam was!
Quite frankly, we are happy to tolerate opinions that are religious,
and indeed, even fundamentalist as in Mr Hannan's case. But, we have
to draw a line when quality becomes an issue. No one here has the
time to wade through whole pages of arrant nonsense and pathetic
allegations against the membership of these forums by someone with a
jaundiced mind.
This individual was specifically told not to spam any members on the
Moderation Committee and yet that is precisely what he has been doing
these past two days with ever more of his nonsense. Perhaps, he has
time to waste. The real estate business is not doing too well these
days. That does not mean, however, that everyone else needs to
tolerate his rubbish.
He left MM of his own accord and has been keen on spreading lies
about the forums. I had to show those whom he has been lying to what
the reasons for HIS leaving were. We did not ask him to go. The fact
is that he still remains a member here (something that he did not mention to those whom he sent his nonsense to) and chooses to either send derogatory messages about Mukto Mona to other forums or to snipe from the background. This, sir, is completely unacceptable. If he
continues to post his lies elsewhere, he will have to face up to the
facts over here.
I hope that we can let this matter rest. As a forum, I am sure that you would recognise (and it is clearly visible through your support to us as a group) that we do have far better things to do than to waste time on the rants of a deranged individual.
