This statement is utter nonsense. The Saha Institute of Nuclear
Physics, Bose Institute, Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Maulana
Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies and IIT Kharagpur are just a
few among the finest institutions of their kind in India and these are
fully funded and supported by the Central Government of India. They are
all located in West Bengal.
Where West Bengal lacks is in allowing private sector investment in
education and in the long ban on English as a medium of instruction,
something that has affected the state adversely. And that is something
that the state government there needs to address, not the Government of
India. The rest of this post deserves to be treated with the contempt
that the main allegation deserves.
