[vinnomot] Re: [notun_bangladesh] Re: DU teachers and lawsuit

Friends

In the name democracy the BAL and it's Lathi Boitha bahini has imposed a reign of terror and holding the Judiciary at ransom and at large the whole nation and freed some "Chinnito Baksali Dalal teachers and their goons" from jail. By this they truimph as if forcefull victory over Judiciary their only aim to set anarchism in the country as they during 1972-1975.

They are now demanding the trial of Janwar Razakars (Except the murderer Beai Mosharraf of Khulna). OK good fair enough then if people also ask to start trial of the gruesome killing(Killing while in custody) of the great revolutionery Siraj Sikder making Sheikh Mujib as the prime accused for openly confessing the murder in the Jatio Sangsad.
The blind BAL and Jibis sees him as a obotar of debota who has no fault as like the "King can do no wrong". This hypocratic attitude of the Awami Baksalites are the main enemy of our nation. They are again and again proving that they are buch of hooligans, arsonist, looters, rapist and betrayer of peoples cause. If any sensible people looks at the leadership hiarchy of BAL they will find most of them are God Fathers in their own area and has long carrier of criminal record.
So the case with BNP. In the 2nd term BNP has proven that it's main agendawas only to squander and loot public exchequer and transferr  the looted money elsewhere.

So, both the so-called people's lovers are nothing but criminals. Time has come for people of Bangladesh to decide whom to chose as the compeer to steer their fate. Sadhu Sabdhan else suffer and suffer.

Is there any reason to go to the court? Lets organize rallies, perform some soap opera in TSC, raise some classical slogans (agun jalo...). These steps will guarantee compensation for the victims.

Please be reminded that the verdict of the same court was condemned when it did not favor the accused. There are few places where court verdicts are condemned and we are fortunate to  live in one of those places.

Many in Bangladesh think they live in the pre-indenpendent era. Such mentality impedes any initiatives for progress.

A Dhaka court on Monday acquitted four Dhaka University teachers and 11 students in a case filed against them in connection with the August last year€ ¦â' '¹s unrest and demonstrations at the DU. Now that the court has acquitted them, shouldn€ ¦â' '¹t these teachers and students file a lawsuit against the government and demand compensation for the mental torture and harassment they went through all these period?
