I want to inform the readers, this is part of the answer that I had written about 2/3rd of Pakistanis voting in a Poll for Islamic Shriyah. Sajjad (a Pakistani) has written a lot more on this subject after that. May I claim the right to reproduce his answer because he has mentioned Bangladesh in it?

Let me make it very clear to all the counterfeit Muslims, that the religion or system which the Muslims of the world are following at present is not at all Islam, far far from it. The daily rituals, the many customs they follow, the attire they don, the traditions they adhere to, the recitations of holy books does not make anyone a Muslim of the Quran.

Before any one claims that the system which a Billion humans are following should be followed by others as well or imposed upon the Muslims of Pakistan as a cure all concoction, first show us the results, the fruits of your following this path. Why impose an illness upon others when you yourself have not derived any benefit from it in the last 1300 years or so. The silent majority desires Islam and Sharia as the cure to their shortcomings. The question arises were they following Hinduism so far? Now all of sudden they woke up and desire this Islam as their only savior? Which and what path they were treading upon since 1300 years?

Why were the Muslim Mullah/Immams proselytizing among so many other nations and calling the innocent and the unaware to the death trap they call Islam? Is this not a sin? They should first invite the Muslims to be to Iraq, Afghanista, Pakistan, Bangladesh or any Muslim country to observe and learn about all the various levels of the society. They should observe and live among the wretched, the deprived, the hungry, the sick and the hopeless. They should be taken to the hospitals, the Jails and the courts and made to suffer under the lack of daily human necessities like Electricity, Telephone, Gas and even flour.
After such an orientation these proselytizers or Tablighi's should ask them."Would you like to become a Muslim and follow our Islam and then live among us? Would you like to suffer like us and give up your prior life of liberty and abundance? Would this not be an honest act? A Muslim's way?

The Billion fake Muslims are all divided into hundreds of various sects. Each at war with the next sect and each professing to be the right and true Muslim. Each of the sect has its own Sharia, their own Hadiths, their own Fiqahs or laws and beliefs which they adhere to. The silent majority is asking for whose Sharia and who's Hadiths or which Islam to be imposed in Pakistan. Whoe's Islam will rid them of their miseries after 1300 years of suffering in a hell of their own making by following the Mullahs and their self concocted Hadiths? Why did they not follow this Islam before and instead suffered silently for 1300 years?

The only unit common among the Muslims is the Quran. The clergy dissuades the Muslims from even making any reference to the Quran, lest they learn the truth. Why? Because it prohibits the governess and livelihood of Mullahs, Monarchs, Dictators and Fascists among Muslims. The Hadiths allow all such ills among Muslims.

While the Muslims kill flies, mosquitoes and follow Hygiene and sanitation rules because they have learnt this from the Western Scientists and doctors that such acts help prevent diseases. They on the other hand promote the disease of their fake Islam as derived from Hadiths upon all humanity. How can a disease cure another disease?
Only Muslims can do it. The silent Majority is foolishly and ignorantly asking for mass chaos and a torturous life only.
