Re: [ALOCHONA] India's water war against Bangladesh

Did General Moeen Uddin Ahmed (Sorry Moeen U Ahmed) discuss water issues with India during his recent trip? Where would he get water for the six "Koti Takar Ghora" he has received from India? I also heard that those Ghoras were de-commissioned from the Indian Army due to old age and low running performace. So India decided to gift them to Gen. Moeen; by doing so India scored four points; (1) saved a lot of money in terms of feeding those ailing horses; (2) exported the second hand horses to Bangladesh; (3) earned the fame of generosity by gifting them to Bangladesh; (4) causing some economic damage to Bangladesh because our Amry has to feed these Ghoras delicous foods.

Finally I am not sure what kind of disease these horses have brought to Bangladesh?
