The Chief Justice is a controversial person and has tainted with dirt of corruption. He grabbed a piece of land from RAJUK by declaring that he did not have any other land property in Dhaka whereas he has four other. The CTG has dug it out and threatened him to strip off his position through a Judicial Commission. For that reason you see all High Court decisions are overturned in the Appelate Division headed by him. He recently stripped off Writ power of two High Court Judges at the request of the CTG.
This man is a threat to the human rights and democracy in Bangladesh.

Every lawyer around the world knows that it is a complete violation of Judge's conduct to address the public in order to give their opinion about any law existing or in the parliament for considerations. At least we are now sure that anyone who has any question related to Islam and Quran - we know his personal convictions.
