Sexual morality does not belong to the domain of science as
falsification is impossible. So there can not be any objective view on
morality or immorality in homosexuality. That discussion is waste of
time.
But only objective thing that can be discussed about a sexual act and
its implication in state law--whether that act is productive to a
state. Question is why state needs to spend it's tax payer's money in
recognition of gay union? Unless they adopt a kid, there is no reason
as to why state needs to recognize their marriage because it is
unproductive to a state. State needs kids-that's why in Russia, Govt is
giving a SUV to the moms who have 4 kids--under the demographic crisis
of 1.4 fertility in Russia where as steady state fertility needs 2.1.
Govt. does not recognize a hetero sexual marriage for its sexual act
but for the fact that under its law, it provides protection to the
kids. Under California law, if you are a childless couple, you get
divorce within few hours if finance is settled. However with the kids,
divorce law gets complicated. Marriage is nothing but a protection
against divorce so that it can not affect the kids-that's how laws are
framed in any advanced countries.
So unless a gay couple adopts a kid, why the question of recognition of
their marriage is coming into the picture? In Economic theory marriage
is like a corporate law through which a couple form a corporate whose
product is kid-good citizens of the future. If there is no product, why
do they need a law to recognize them?
Right of the gay to perform their sexual act must be recognized--but
their demand for state recognition of their union is utterly irrational
and unscientific.
